The lie that came true
I’m Julia, I lie alot. I have said that when I touch water I transform into a mermaid with green scales or at midnight I dance like a dancer till my feet hurt. One of my lies came true. It wasn’t likely that lies come true though, I had my swimming lessons at the pool. After swimming mum and I went to the gas station for some more petrol I pulled down the sun visor because it was sunny and pulled faces at myself in the mirror, then suddenly the wind changed and I stayed like that forever, yes I did say that I could change the wind.
My best friend William has done so much for me, he gave me a house to live in, gives me food to eat, and water to drink and we are best friends. But one day suddenly William locked me out of the house on accident, I scratched at the door and talked to him, but he paid no attention to me, finally he came and said to me ‘’ sorry Rufus come inside and stop barking or I will lock you outside again!’’; So I went inside and ate food...and then the cat came and I was like the flash.

Her eyes were dark, like fire burning wildly in her pupils, dark purple and blue bags underneath her eyes. Her eyebrows were pointing downwards forming a crease between her eyebrows, she still had her marmite sandwich smothered all over her face, she had her head tilted downwards slightly, pouting her lips together so tightly they were turning a bright red, down below under her long sleeves her fists were clenched tight, knuckles turning white her thumb crossing over her index fingers, She was storming around the room in the same direction back and forth, back and forth she didn’t stop, she still had the same look on her face not changing her facial expressions. She was mumbling words under her breath complaining about everything in the world, blabbering on about how annoying her family is, She was thinking about how she wanted to move houses, get a new family, and run away but really she was never going to do that she was just telling herself she was going to do something she wasn’t. She felt like the floor was swallowing her up chewing and crushing her bones will she feel this way forever?
